These terms apply when you use the ZipBuild app or website. ZipBuild is run by ZipBuild. By ordering, you agree to them.
Your account
- You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone safe: orders placed from your account are yours.
- You must be 18 or older to order.
- Give a correct site address, map pin and a contact number that someone will answer.
Orders and prices
- The price of each product, the delivery fee and any handling charge are shown in your bill before you place the order. That is what you pay.
- Prices and stock can change. The price at the moment you place the order is the one that counts.
- An order is accepted when we confirm it. Sometimes we cannot take an order, for example if stock has run out. Then the order is not accepted and any online payment is refunded in full.
- Photos show the product or its pack. Colour and packing can differ a little from the photo.
- For big quantities, contact us first so we can confirm stock and price.
Delivery
- We deliver inside our delivery area only. See the delivery policy for the area and the charges.
- "60 minutes" is our aim, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, loading and road access can make it longer.
- Someone must be at the site to receive the material. We unload at the nearest spot our tempo can safely reach.
- Please check the material when it arrives.
Payment
- You can pay cash on delivery, or online by UPI, card or netbanking where it is offered.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
- For cash on delivery, please keep the amount ready when the material arrives.
Cancelling and refunds
Fair use
- Do not place orders you do not intend to receive, and do not misuse the app or try to break it.
- We may pause or close an account that is used for fake orders or abuse.
Product quality and warranty
We supply products as made by their manufacturers. Any warranty is the manufacturer's own. Store and use material as the maker advises: for example, cement must be kept dry.
Our responsibility
We will supply what you ordered, or refund you for what we could not supply. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any one order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or losses at your site that result from a late delivery.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders follow the terms in force when they are placed.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
