How do I order?
In the ZipBuild app. Set your site on the map, add to cart, place the order. See how it works.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One bag or a full load.
Can I order a big quantity?
Yes. Message us first and we confirm stock and price.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
In Jamshedpur, for now. See the delivery map. Outside the area, tap "Notify me" in the app and we will tell you when we reach you.
How long does it take?
About 60 minutes. Once the tempo leaves, the app shows a live arrival time. You can also schedule a later time at checkout.
How much is delivery?
It is set by distance and by vehicle. The exact charge is in your bill before you order. See all delivery charges.
Payment
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, or online by UPI, card or netbanking.
Can I get a GST bill?
Yes. Add your business name and GSTIN under Account. They are on every order.
Changes and problems
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, in the app, until we confirm it. After that, contact us straight away. See cancellation and refunds.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Tell the driver or contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We replace it or refund that item.
I paid online but see no order.
The amount is returned automatically. If you do not see it within 7 working days, contact us with the payment reference.

Mobile number and a one-time code. No password.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account, then Delete account. See the steps.
