Delete your account

You can delete your ZipBuild account at any time. It takes a few seconds.

In the app

1. Open the ZipBuild app and log in.
2. Go to Account (bottom right).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. You are logged out and the account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, contact us using the details below from the mobile number of the account, and ask us to delete it. We will delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number and email
• Your GST details
• Your saved sites (addresses and map pins)
• Your saved items
• Your logins and notification settings on every phone

What is kept

Records of past orders (what was delivered, where, and the amounts) are kept without your profile details, because accounts and tax rules require them. They are no longer linked to a ZipBuild account.

Deleting an account cannot be undone. You are welcome to sign up again with the same number later; it will be a new, empty account.
